Payments

• 50% deposit is required to begin work unless stated otherwise.
• Final delivery is released after full payment.

Usage rights

Usage rights are granted for paid and organic channels as stated in the package. Any extended usage or whitelisting requires written approval.

Revisions

Revisions are provided according to the package details. Additional revisions may be billed.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate brand details, approvals, and timely feedback to keep timelines on track.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or platform policy changes. Performance depends on multiple factors beyond production.
